This extract is obtained using processes of hydro-alcoholic evaporation/extraction of 100% pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans. Our recipe is alcohol based, with no sugar added, in order to preserve the natural flavours.
Incredibly fragrant and aromatic, our vanilla extract will surely add that extra touch to cakes, cookies, ice creams and sauces.
This product works just as well in cold or hot dishes.
Its naturally intense flavour mean this product can be used sparingly. Simply add a ratio of one teaspoon per 1 kilo or 1 litre of your recipe.
